There are three varieties of gluten-free fonio grains. At Organic Trade and Investments, we sell both the black fonio and white fonio grains. We also have in stock the precooked white fonio grains. Upon buyer's request, the grains will be milled into flour. Our gluten-free fonio grains and precooked fonio come in 1 kilo packs (for distributors) or in 25 and 50 kilos jute sacks for the export market.
