OTI GLUTEN-FREE FONIO PANCAKE RECIPE

recipe. These ingredients can fit for breakfast, brunch, dinner, or dessert.

One good thing to note about OTI Fonio is that you don’t need to wash it before use. Our producers have taken their time to take out all impurities from the Fonio grain and flour.

Now get a glass of chilled sobolo and let’s delve into today’s recipe.

INGREDIENTS AND MATERIALS NEEDED

  1. OTI Gluten-Free Fonio Flour 1 tablespoon

  2. Yogurt/milk 1 tablespoon

  3. Egg 2/3

  4. Date powder/syrup 2 tablespoons

  5. OTI Organic Honey

  6. Nutmeg 1/8 tsp or a pinch

  7. A pinch of salt – optional

  8. A small sized frying pan

  9. A whisk or hand mixer

  10. Measuring spoon

  11. Medium size bowl

  12. OTI Coconut Oil

  13. Mixed chopped fruits

METHOD

  1. Wash all utensils and dry them

  2. Break eggs into the medium-sized bowl and whisk until completely mixed

  3. Add the yogurt or milk, nutmeg, date powder, and the pinch of salt to the whisked egg

  4. Whisk until it mixes completely

  5. Now to the magic Premium Quality Ingredient, OTI Gluten-Free Fonio Flour. According to this recipe, the quantity of Fonio needed is 1 tablespoon. You can add more depending on how thick you want your pancakes. Whisk until it's smooth and well mixed.

  6. Use OTI Coconut oil to fry your pancakes for an amazing aroma.

  7. Heat your frying pan, pour a reasonable amount of OTI Coconut Oil.

  8. Fry them in batches and serve with some chopped fruits/ OTI Organic Honey
